What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Reception is staffed 24x7.
What ID proof do I need at check-in?
A valid government photo ID (local or outstation) is required at check-in. Please note PAN cards are not accepted.
Can couples stay? Any guest restrictions?
Valid government photo ID required at check-in (PAN not accepted). Couples welcome. Indian nationals only.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available, along with an elevator and power backup.
Do the rooms have AC and hot water?
Yes. All rooms are air-conditioned with a TV, free Wi-Fi and 24×7 hot water.
What is the cancellation policy?

How can I pay?
You pay at the property when you arrive — cash or UPI, whichever suits you. There's nothing to pay online.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the Book page and send us your request — it reaches us on WhatsApp and we confirm your room there. You can also just message or call us.
Is booking on WhatsApp safe?
Yes. Your request is saved with a booking reference before WhatsApp even opens, you pay nothing online, and you can call the desk any time to check on it. We're a real, physical guest house — you can see the building, address and reviews on Google Maps.
Why don't you take payment online?
Because you don't need to pay anything until you arrive. We confirm your room on WhatsApp, you show up, see the room, and pay at the desk by cash or UPI. If your plans change, you haven't paid a rupee.
