What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Reception is staffed 24x7.
What ID proof do I need at check-in?
A valid government photo ID (local or outstation) is required at check-in. Please note PAN cards are not accepted.
Is Metro Club couple-friendly? Is a local ID accepted?
Valid government photo ID required at check-in (PAN not accepted). Couples welcome. Indian nationals only.
Which areas of Lucknow is Vikas Nagar close to?
Sector 2, Vikas Nagar is on the Ring Road side of north Lucknow — Tedhi Pulia and Khurram Nagar adjoin it, Aliganj and Kapoorthala are about 2 km, Badshahnagar station about 3 km, and Jankipuram and Kursi Road are a short ride north. The Location page has live directions from our door to each.
Do you have rooms for wedding guests or a baraat?
Yes. Outstation family attending a function in our hall can stay at the same address — send the function date with the number of rooms and nights, and reception confirms both together. Rooms are also available for guests attending weddings elsewhere in Lucknow.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available, along with an elevator and power backup.
Do you have a hall for functions?
Yes — a fully air-conditioned banquet hall that seats up to 250 guests, for weddings, janvasa, tilak, birthdays, office meetings and more. See the Banquet Hall page on this site, or WhatsApp us your date for a quote.
Do the rooms have AC and hot water?
Yes. All rooms are air-conditioned with a TV, free Wi-Fi and 24×7 hot water.
What is the cancellation policy?
To change or cancel a stay, contact reception with your booking details. Ask reception to confirm the cancellation and any applicable terms before you finalise your reservation.
How can I pay?
You pay at the property when you arrive — cash or UPI, whichever suits you. There's nothing to pay online.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the Book page and send us your request — it reaches us on WhatsApp and we confirm your room there. You can also just message or call us.
Is booking on WhatsApp safe?
Yes. Your request is saved with a booking reference before WhatsApp even opens, you pay nothing online, and you can call the desk any time to check on it. We're a real, physical guest house — you can see the building, address and reviews on Google Maps.
Why don't you take payment online?
Because you don't need to pay anything until you arrive. We confirm your room on WhatsApp, you show up, see the room, and pay at the desk by cash or UPI. If your plans change, you haven't paid a rupee.
