Check-in information, how booking requests work, and how to reach reception about your stay or the information you share.
Guest & ID policy
Valid government photo ID required at check-in (PAN not accepted). Couples welcome. Indian nationals only.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Reception is staffed 24x7 — let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel a stay, contact reception with your booking details. Ask reception to confirm the cancellation and any applicable terms before you finalise your reservation.
Your enquiry details
When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, optional email, dates and message, so reception can respond and arrange your stay. Requests are stored using Supabase. When you continue to WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp. For questions about information you have shared with us, contact reception.
Website traffic measurement
We use Vercel to host this website and measure visits to public pages. This traffic measurement does not use analytics cookies. We exclude admin and booking-confirmation pages, remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send, and respect the browser's Do Not Track setting. Page views are not treated as confirmed bookings.
Booking requests
Sending a request does not by itself confirm a room. Reception confirms availability, the final rate and your booking on WhatsApp. Payment is made at the property by cash or UPI. Please confirm any requirements for your stay with reception before booking.
Need to cancel?
Message us with your booking reference and we'll confirm the cancellation on WhatsApp.
